Rolm 9751, Mod 70, Smioc Card, Breakout Box, Configured Port, US Robotics Modem, Procom Plus and/or Hyperterm.

Can't dial in to the modem and type any commands.

Any ideas?

Are you breaking dial tone and connecting to the modem? Also is there a lema/Info key between the modem and phone line? Also check to see if your procomm/Hyper terminal is using the right baud rate.
