Rep Power: 0 ![]() | 9751 Call Processing Voice Mail rollback I have a callprocessing menu with multiple selections setup with a mailbox for time outs and key 0 transfers. This mailbox is recording the message of the main menu being left on its voice mail box, which is filling the message queue. | ||||||||

Rep Power: 0 ![]() | I have a callprocessing menu that will go to a mailbox if the caller picks the "leave a message" selection or no selection is made. This mailbox is recording excerpts from the greeting from its initial menu. There is no caller id number recorded in the voice mail queue when this occurs. | ||||||||
