No report that will show the longest call holding, but there is a report ACD_ANS that will show the average time before answer. The Current Status Report shows the longest call waiting but it is real time and you have to keep looking at the screen.
What are you looking for here (how can i specify which ACD to make a report print to?)

In other words, lets say i have ACD2 as an unintelligent device as a printer and i want to generate a report to print to that specific ACD port that the printer is on. How could i do that?

One more thing. I was trying to use hyperterminal on another 9751 that i have. It is currently connected into a dumb terminal via and ethernet to modem converter adapter. I set up a pc with an ethernet to RS232 converter on com1. When i started the hyperterminal session, the port doesnt display as up in the PBX. and i cannot log in. However, once it is connected back to the dumb terminal, it shows up. I have the same PBX at a different call center we have and it worked flawlessly. I tried different baud rates and also made sure that the baud, parity and stop bits all matched. No success. Any suggestions?

The Device You Have Plugged Into The Smioc Panel Is Most Likely The Problem. You Can Plug A Line Driver Into The Port And Set It For The Correct Option Be Dce Or Dte With Out A Connection To The Other End And The Port Will Show Up. It's Happy Just To See The Line Driver
