i've got a problem with blocking ports.
Phonemail in combination with a realitis pbx.
Sometimes it happens that a analog port in the realitis is blocking.
The reason is unknown
On the the phonemail site alle ports are in use but i can see that one port is blocking.
i the phonemail i can't release this port!
if try to release a message coms> port is in use
i don't have any experiance with the realitis pbx but the technican has set the realitis ports in a cyclic routine.( first setting was lineair)
After change this setting, different port are blocking also in the realitis.
So my conclusion is that there is no problem with a individul port, but i think its a setting in phonemail ore in realitis.
The port comes free after taking of the jacket(rj11) one the phonemail site.
A other solution is to login the phonemail and DOWN / UP -phonemail
The realitis technican told me that the realitis see that the port is constantly busy, and its waiting for a release from the phonemail.

Who nows about this problem and can help me to fixed!
