Urgent config problem w/ Hicom 300H - PBX Info :: Your Free PBX, PABX and Telephone Information Resource

I recently had to remove two RP624LDK phones from an office and replace them with RP612L phones. I used LC-WIN to change the device type. Everything appeared fine, the phone was ringing and the displays on each phone were showing the incoming number, and the phone can dial out.

The Problem:

The other ten buttons on the phone are not functioning. All of the buttons on the RP624 were working fine, and these two phones both with fine when plugged into any other digital line.

HELP!

It sounds like you need to change the key layout in the config.

You are correct! The label on the underside of the phone was incorrect. It was an RP612SL.
