Exclamation Rolm 9751 Model 10

I need help. We have a Rolm 9751 Model 10 9005 and what i need to do is be able to grab ACD phone reports from a remote location. Does anyone have any ideas as to what mnemonics are used in the CLI to get the phone reports? Also, how could I set this up so that i could get the reports as a data file and print them somewhere else.

If You Want To Do That I Would Suggest A Pc At The Remote Location Pulling The Reports, Then You Could Access It Through Your Network Or If No Connection A Modem.
In Setting It Up You Will Need To Build A Terminal Off The Smioc Panel Named Acdx, Once This Is Done Then You Could Hook The Pc To It. Then All You Have To Do Is Build Your Report Que With The (li Acd) Command

is the Smioc Panel Named Acdx something physically on the PBX. WE do have network connectivity in the room where the PBX is. Is there a way through the network to get the reports to a remote printer?

No Acdx Is The Name Of The Port Off The Smioc Panel That You Need To Build. I Believe There Is A Network To Rs232 Converter That Could Be Used, But Don't Know Who Makes It

Go To Cnfg, (li Sio All) Return Then Put In S For Short. This Will Print Out What Is On The Smioc Panel, If You Have 2 Panels You Will See A And B. Then You Need To Look At The Panels And See If You Have Anything Plugged Into The Rs232 Ports. Find A Spare, Then You Can Modifiy It In Cnfg (mod Sio Acdx) For Baud Rate And Parity

Are You Talking About The Pc You Have Attached To The Acd Port, If So Do Worry About It. Whatever You Input Into The Acd Repq Will Print To That Pc Or Printer At The Times Specified.

Yes. I have hyperterimal listening and capturing text off of an acd port. so if it times out, it will still print the report to hyperterminal?
