I'm looking for some input on headsets. I need to order a few. I looked on the Plantronics website but there are so many to choose from I thought I'd get some input from some experienced people. I don't need a lot of mobility I'm more looking for decent quality for a decent price. I've got a HiPath 4000 using OptiPoint 500 standard, basic, and entry phones. Thanks in advance.

Hi PBXCRN

We use the CS50 from Plantronics, It works fine with the HiPath4000
about 150.00 per unit, wireless, good sound quality and range

Thanks for the info. The CS50 seems to be discontinued so I'm trying the S11 instead. My price from Anixter is about $60.00 each. Not wireless though.

I've had experience with the CS60 (Could be CS55 in US), seems to be a good wireless headset (at the moment we only use for our helpdesk staff).
For wired we only offer users the choice of the either the H171N (H151N) or the H351N, cuts down the number of different stock you need and both have been a reliable unit. We stock the 171 for those that prefer the "over the ear" style.

I got the 510SL Bluetooth model for myself (can be used for both GSM phone and desktop phone at the same time - paired to both). Not entirely happy with it working with my desk phone but still testing haven't had a lot of time to adjust the settings yet. Getting a slight clicking noise occasionally...any hints?
