In our new emergency preparedness plan our ACD supervisor wants to be able to have agents (5) at home during emergencies and have full or most functionality for the agent. The computer side can be accomplished using DSL and rdp to control their office workstations. What phone support can be given to the remote home agents?
I have thought of using seperate business lines, or off prem circuits to the agents homes.
The off prem exten would give them most phone functions but no visual or multi lines.
