Cool Call display 624SL// 9751

Here at the corp. office we have a 9751 and some of are phones are the 624SL's that have displays. Can anyone tell me why, when someone calls inner office to the second line exten (which are always internal only) it does not give the display on who called and their #, but you can call line one on the same phone and you will get the callers name and #.

It is not only the 624SL, but RP240E and RP400 do the same thing. It was just the way the phone was designed, the first line will display all the time.
