Hello. We are about to replace our antique telephone hardware and software. This will mean the utter destruction/loss of all voice mail messages systemwide. While that is not altogether a bad thing, there are some who would very much like to save certain messages. For example, there is a widow who cannot bear the thought of losing her late husband's voice forever, which would happen if that message were not somehow retrieved and saved in some other format. A mother who works here has the same problem with some voice mails from when her grown children were just tykes.

I have promised to do all I can for these and the others who would like to save selected voice messages off the Rolm system before we replace it next month.

What can I do to help these folks?
