Rep Power: 0 ![]() | Caller ID on second line On Rolm 9751 Model 10, is it possible to show the name/number of the calling party when a call arrives on line 1 and line 1 is busy and then roll over to line 2 ? Normally, calling party's name and number is displayed on line 1 but when line 1 is busy and the call rolls over to line 2, you have to press/take the call before the number/name will be displayed. What could I change to show calling number on line 2 without picking up the line first? thanks in advance for your advise.

Rep Power: 0 ![]() | Hi guys! Newbie here. I'm not sure if it's only with the 9005.6.84 release, but there is a feature called "Preview". Here's how it works; You're on a call, your second line rings, while still conversing with your original party, press the "Preview" button. You will then see the display of who's calling on your second line and you can then choose to put your original call on hold and answer line 2, or just ignore it and let Phonemail get it. I see PP is the man here! Look forward to some great info here, only, WHY DID IT TAKE SO LONG TO FIND THIS FORUM?!! ![]()
