Rolm Software Mailbox
I have phonemail 9252/9254 with my Rolm 9751.
I know how to build a profile and I know how to build a mailbox in call processing. I can not figure out how to build a mailbox to work that does not reside on a telephone. I need to build a mailbox for reception to transfer sales calls. I have built it to be on a phone and to be listen only. Can I have such a voicemail with out it taking up space on a telephone?

Simple, Build A Hunt Number, Forward To Phonemail Condition Will Be Both. No Members, Then Just Build The Mailbox With That Hunt Number.
