Location: Sydney, Australia Rep Power: 6 ![]() | Cuba seems to be the order of the week. I have been helping a company out who just got stung for over $30K of IDD calls to Cuba. The so called maintainer's 24/7 callcentre had no idea what the customer was trying to report even after three attempts. In the end I told them to contact the carrier and get IDD calls blocked at that level until the contracted maintainer can be contacted. They were only doing a handful of IDD calls a month so the interim solution won't be a problem for a few days. | ||||||||
