Rep Power: 0 ![]() | Can't retreive Voice Mail Message / Partner Mail vs release 3 I have had Partner Mail VS release 3 for years - worked fine - today i have a message do the intercom 777 - put in extension # and password - says i have 1 message, i press 2 and it gives me info and says press 0 to get message and instead of getting my message it says "to change your password press 5"???? What is going on - i tried pressing 5 and it says invalid entry???? this in on ext 10 - all other extensions work fine?? HELP!!! | ||||||||

Location: Boston MA Rep Power: 0 ![]() | As strange as it may seem, the recording of "Joyce the Voice" saying "To change your password......." might actually be the message in your mailbox. Somehow that system prompt may have gotten stuck in a loop and recorded itself as a message in your mailbox. Log back into your mailbox and play that strange message again.
