Location: santa rosa, california Rep Power: 0 ![]() | Problem with Partner VM 5 Hello We are having intermittent problems with our voicemail. When trying to transfer a call to voicemail we get ring/ no answer. Also when we are on night mode, you should recieve our main message that says we are closed, instead you get ring/ no answer. I have the local phone company chaecking the lines now, but was hoping for any other ideas. Thanks | ||||||||

Location: Boston MA Rep Power: 0 ![]() | Double check the ports assigned to Hunt Group #7 to make sure that everything that should be there is there and remove any ports that shouldn't be there. Also try to Intercom each port that should be assigned to Hunt Group #7 to make sure that the voicemail answers each & every time. | ||||||||
