Location: Watertown, NY Rep Power: 6  Country:  | Sound for voicemail????  The light come on for the voicemail but this deprt. was wondering if there was a way for a tone to let them know if they have voicemail??? I feel if you have the light why a sound too?? Is this possible? Thank for your help, Matt in NNY | ||||||||

Location: Boston MA Rep Power: 0 Gender:  Country: |  Not Sure It Can Be Done. I can't think of any way to connect an audio device so it sounds when a user has new voicemail messages.  Then again, imagine if a call center were to use Partner telephones and many people had new voicemails. The noise from all those telephones would drive others crazy.
