| Junior Member  | Resetting the main message. Please help, this is more given to an untrained one! Last year we put an avaya sys. with partner voicemail at the airport. We now how a new carrier, Big Sky, and the message still says US-Airways. So where do I go to change this message. I wasn't present when this was put in place(wasn't ask to be there) so I didn't see what the outside comp. did. Also the one in charge said it not in the voicemail, so how would I get there and make this change. Boy I'm getting tired flying by the seat of my pants, not much left after the chewing, you know what I mean, so please help this newbie!!!! Matt in NNY |

| Junior Member  | To change the auto attendant greeting, you would need to log into the voicemail as the System Administrator. Once in, you would press (9 I believe) and navigate the prompts to check each auto attendant's greeting. The exact sequence will depend on which voicemail system is being used. | Junior Member  |  Left intercom 777, then eather 99# and 1234 as the DEFAULT password (this may have been changed. Login ext may also be 0# and 1234 as the DEFAULT password. Once into vmail opt 3 is AA, then pick greeting # or follow prompts to listen to different greetings to see what is the one that needs to be changed. |
