Rep Power: 0 ![]() | why cann't callers reach all extensions by dial the ext number? We have just setup Partner ACS R7 and Voice Messaging PC card. But, the caller can not reach any extensions by dial ext. number after they are getting Auto Attendant greetings. However, the select code works which means if the callers dial the select code, they will be successfuly transfered to the associated extension. If callers dial one of extesions, they are getting messages saying "your party is not available, if you want to reach another extensions please dial another extesion number and # sign". However, from here, I can have the chance dial the extesion, and reach that extesion. Please help me out. Thanks in advance. Last edited by vkky2k : 04-22-2007 at 11:31 AM. Location: Colorado Rep Power: 0 ![]() | Sounds like you may have changed selecter code 1 to transfer to a specific ext. If this is true you need to change it back to direct ext transfer. Do not use #1 in you selecter code list. Hope that helps. | ||||||||
