Unhappy PLEASE HELP initial setup

I used to do some administrating on a definity system many years ago.....Not an initial setup....The question I have is mostly ideas i quess. The system is up and running, somewhat. There are 3 co lines, 2 incoming, 3 outgoing. Only need help with the main incoming line. The system is an avaya partner r7 with small voicemail card, and 4 total phones. All I need help with is setting up the way calls are routed. My boss wants ALL phones to ring and after 5 rings a voice message option. not sure what ext to add to what type of groups....or to the vms. any advise or small system configs would be a great help.....This might be a somewhat cryptic message.....I know basic info phone systems so I should be able to understand most comments made. thank you

Not too problematic the way you wrote the question. So I hope I answer this ok for you. Basically put all lines on all the phones with immediate ring. Also put all lines on the stations of the voicemail system. Set the stations of the Voicemail system to pickup on a delay ring.

The programming can be done at the main console or through the Partner software and a remote access card installed into your system.

Good Luck,

Feature 00 left INC twice then #301 will get you to line assignment. Then assign line to phones with imediate ring. Then press #206 for group call distibution assign your lines to group 7. Make sure that you have assigned the vmail ports to hunt group 7. This is done in #505 hunt groups.
Hope that adds to the info
