Sorry bad typing!!!
Teranova is an older program on the same field as DSA/ASA. PC based client that allows users to dial into pbx and do MAC work and report.
IF you have Avaya Maintanence then Avaya should give you a copy of this and tell you how to get into your switch and make the chnages or print.
You most likely will not find a copy of ASA on the web site.
Without dial in numbers and login and passwords the client is useless (good hackers excluded)
Post what software you have and I can help

mmp40 card swapping

Did you know you can hook a dot matrix printer to the "dumb" terminal.
YOu cannot run a laser from that particular terminal.
In order to use the PC clients you would need a product called a data module and a free digital port to plug into.

Ok I have the ADU z3a1. WHen you say data port, do you mean off of the TN726 card? as it is at present I have a digital port configured and I have the 4wire connection plugged into the adu on one side with a modular plug. The other side is a db25. I assume it's coming out of the ADU RS232.

What does a "MSG FROM SHELF1:XPEC Error#0001" mean?

Can I ask a dumb question.
Do you have a terminal connected to the system should be nothing more than a monitor and keyboard connected to the pbx

OK
You can print directly off that with a dot mat printer.
I assume you have login and password?
IF not I have some standard work arounds.

How long have you been working with this switch?

CALLPILOT Error

Oh boy. The only way that I know off is to have system admin software and dial in or direct connect into the system. Hence your ADU.
You can direct connect through the modem if still connected, still need software
