Voice Mail Question

Hello
Quick question. Just installed a Partner ACS system. Added a 4 mailbox card. Have everything setup. One question though, I know that a user can transfer a call direct to a users mailbox without ringing the user with vm transfer F14 but can a user leave a message in another users mailbox without ringing that user.

The "Creating a Message" section in the attached Voicemail manual explains how to send messages to other boxes without ringing their extension.

Thanks for the response AK.

By the way, do you (or anyone) know how to "ignore" a call... let's say I don't have my DND button on and a call comes in, can I just hit the DND button to send the call to VMail? Or is there something else I need to do?

I'm not sure, but I suspect pressing the DND will do what you're wanting it to do. I'll have to try it sometime.
