Talking Ext and Line appearance setup.

Hi Guys,

I am installing a Partner ACS 308 r6 system and a voice mail card for a

new business, the business has currently 1 number with 3 roll over lines.

there will be 4 phones in this place.its a small installation, I dont want to

use the hybrid mode for such a small office. is it better to have the

incoming line ring on all phones or shuld i just put them in a hunt

group.and as far as line appearnce on the phones. whats the best setup

for this project.

first I hope you have more than one 308 card--if you have four lines. You can set line assignment for all phones and on each phone, setup which lines ring or dont ring.
