Info on VMS card 1.0 reset

Partner Voice Messaging Card Installation, Programming and Use (R1 Pg. 23, 24)
You cannot reinitialize the System Manager's password. If you change the password and forget it, you can contact the National Customer Care Center at 1 800 628-2888 or call your Avaya Representative or local Authorized Dealer for instructions for how to reset the password.

Hope this helps. Someone in the forum might have experienced having to call to get the steps to reset. If nothing is posted soon you could call the number above.
