RE: how sending a file to facsimile machine behind PBX over

The setup:-

PBX is KX-TEA308NE, and has a KX-T7730SP PT attached, other devices are all SLT (untill the 7710's get here next week).
CO1 is an analogue line, CO2 is not connected, C03 is an Ericsson F250M bridge to the mobile network.

ARS is set, and working, for all calls to the mobiles go through CO3

I need to be able to set "FWD to CO" so that all incoming calls are routed to a mobile on CO3 automatically.

If I set another extension to "FWD to CO", then it does work if the call is transfered to the extension manually from the 7730. If I enable DISA and have AA set a message to "press 0" - which directs to call to the "FWD to CO" extension, then I get a message from the mobile operator stating the subscriber number doesn't exist, though the number *is* correct (see manual transfer above)

Anyone know what's going on? The manual states that the CO line mode has to be set to manual (unless I misunderstood), but with DISA (which I would prefer for the fax discriminator to work in addition to the menus) enabled is the closest I've come to getting it to work.

Any input is appreciated.

RE: Black Friday Computer Sale -$398 for a laptop

Thanks for the suggestion -I've just tried that - I still get the message from the mobile service provider telling me the number doesn't exist.

I think I'm going to have to make one of those wierd serial cables I made up for a TD1232 a couple of years ago and watch whats happening through a hyperterminal session. I was just hoping someone had come across this before and knew it was a case of "add a 0 to the number ARS forwards to", or something similar.

Again, thank you

RE: Looking for equipment

It's programmed with the Panasonic maintenance console. There is no trunk access code (none needed) and the filter is 6380442 goes to CO group 3 (the mobile network bridge), number of removed digits is 1, added digit is 6 - without that, 050 is always added for some reason I have yet to work out. However, when I changed the CO group to use the second land line, it worked ok, though there did seem to be some extra dialling going on.

Very odd.

BTW, I'm not in the UK, I'm in Spain. What made you think I was in the UK?
