No one have an idea

On this mailbox, i not have the option Greeting (option 1), i make the greeting in the option 4(prompts).

The line 1 is DIL 1:1 at 165.

When i call the line 1, the TPV50 answer the line, but it's not my greeting , it's the greeting of the mailbox.....


I 'm familiar with the KSU panasonic (KXTD1232 and KXTD816), but with the tvp.................

this can be done with 3 custom dialing menus! and if you got real
inventive you could record user prompt 2 in french!

Ok sncsnc, i will recorded prompt 1 in french, prompt 2 in english......after that?
What is the number to transfer in english, is it 9, same as a call pilot?

you need to hook up a pc with hyper terminal to the tvp 50 with a null modem cable
9600,8,none,1 and no flow control go to custom dialing menu programming

this is what custom 1 should look like you have reached to continue in english press 1(goes to
custom dialing menu 2)
you have reached x if you would like to continue in french press 2(goes to custom menu 3)


english custom 2 set what you want the tvp to do

French custom 3 set what you want the tvp to do



now get into mailbox 998
prompt for "welcome to the voice processing system" should be rerecorded as "hello you have reached the xxx company..... "(in french and engish)


you should then record custom dialing menu one: as to continue in english press one,
to continue in french press two (all other keys should except for 1,2,*,# should put you
back to custom dialing menu 1)


custom menu 2 recorded in english if you know your parties ext please
dial it now or press one of the following keys for sales press one for service press 2 etc.


custom menu 3 is recored in french and is set up identical to custom 2 in nature!!
