Hi, quite often when we pickup the phone we getting the disconnected tone.

We have the OGM card and assume someone has rung us, listened to the ogm message and then have hung up. But the ogm still forwards the call to the extensions so when we pickup the phone we just get the beep beep tone.

We would rather the OGM just disconnect the call.

I have read through the Installation Manual and the closest thing I could find was the CPC (Calling Party Control) I set this to 01 (22mili seconds) but it still seems the same.

Has anyone had first hand experience with this? Am I missing something?

is the CO actually sending the CPC signal?

set cpc =00
set polarity reverse = enable
