KXTDA 100 and 16 Ext Voip Card

I have just upgraded a KXTDA100 to v5 and since I have done this the system can not recongise the intall of the Voip ext card (KX-TDA0470). It is currently running ver 1.001 on the card, I assume that I need to upgrade the software on the card to 2.01. I have the file but I am not sure who to upgrade it on to the card?

Cheers
Mark

what did you do when upgrading system, did you load all files on to the SD card and initialize the system(after backing updsys file)

I backed up the dsys and then copied V5 onto a new SD card and initialized the system then open the old dsys file in console to upgrade it to v5. Then I copied it to the SD card and restarted the system with the newer upgraged dsys file. Everything was then working apart from the 16 Ext VOIP card. It finds it in the console but it can not put it in OUS it states the "Cannot find the target device".

Cheers

if what snc does not work, you may have to revert the system to the old software and update the card software, you wont be able to do anything when it cant see the card, Have not come across this before, you could try initializing the system and see if the card works before uploading the v5 dsys file
