Question mobile gateway not working

I have customer who cannot dial to their mobiles from pbx(TDA 200).But i think it is supposed to be the mobile phones use the BRI card trunks to dial out. Not sure just took this over from tech who quit on friday and was last thing he did.
He has set up BRI mobile gateway on trunk group 10.I can not find the mobile phone numbers listed anywhere in the maintenance console menus.Where should I look? and how is it supposed to be set up?
any help would be great,
troy

If it is a bri to mobile unit then you won't see the numbers set up as ddi's those units would be set up as dil1:1 to a group for inbound in co settings
as for outbound I would use ars to route the calls for mobiles to trunk group 10
is the moible router setup with 1 cable to line ports or is a bri going in on unit and back to system through the router

connect up and look ars and use help files!! in essence you take the mobile #'s and route them out on trunk group 10.

so you drove 4 hours and found a dead gateway did you put a meter accross the power supply?

How GSM Works
follow this link this is helpful but I don't see how this will help solving getting the gateway
back up if you got the part/model number off the unit you could download the manual and READ it!

if you have an isdn test phone ot ta modem, you can plug it in to the unit and try it. or take out the sim cards and check them in a cell phone(after you check the unit is powered up
