are you saying that the new ext can not access a outside line? our 824 has 3 digit numbering plan by default.Something else that comes to mind do you have flexible buttons programed as co's what mode is the system in 405 would not effect day break or night

You mention 405 which is the OUTWARD assignment of lines to extensions. We start here with 101-108, not 11, but the point is, each extension is assigned line access by default. Did you forget to disable some of the lines in 400? In 3.2 of the maintenance console, all the access and ringing assignments are made for all the extensions and all the CO lines. Did you look at that? Or did you check phone programming 405-407 for outward access and 408-410 for inward ringing?

I guess the phrase "but now response in extension" really means NO RESPONSE. Hard to translate, but if that's the case, what do you mean NO RESPONSE? It either lights up and lets you dial "9" or press a line or it doesn't. Do you have other issues like dial lock or restrictions on the extensions?

I have asked for the KXTEConsole software to be emailed to me (carl@airpost.net) but so far no luck. I'd like to see what the Euro setup looks like so I can work along with you all

Carl
