KX-tes824 unique access codes
Hello,

I've got the KX-tes824 and my users access the CO lines for outgoing calls by dialing 9. All my extensions are used and now i have three or four users sharing one extension. Apart from that users sometimes go to others' stations and make calls. My intention is to log calls made by each user.

Is it possible to have a unique code per user such that the user dials this before getting a CO line? Also is there any software that can log calls per such a code? This way everyone keeps his code secret and is accountable for calls registered under that code.

if you are refering to account codes yes on the usa version see pgm 310 and there are two ways to force account codes and its global .

Here's a small problem. Do you have a Features manual? Look up Account Codes. 605 sets them, 310 stores them. Verify All makes you put in a proper account code and if it matches an extension account code, then the call will change COS.

In the U.S. we have Phone Logger that will track calls by account codes.
It's free to try. PM me when the 30 days runs out if you can't get a code from the company.
