KX-TDA200 duration from extension

Hi,
i'm new here, and need help.

I was connected PBX KX-TDA200 with my PC via RS232C serial port, and build application that record all data coming from pbx. But If I look at the data for extension to extension call (not using co) I didnt found duration time. (its mean no duration time for ext. to ext.). My problem is, Can I set this pbx so I can get duration time for ext. to ext call (not via co) ? and how ? I was read the manual book - but i dont get it.

No the extension print will only show that a call was placed to that extension, it does not need to be answered either to print.
Its purpose is to show who's calling who and how often internally
I don't normally use it as it just fills the reports with useless data

You can use CTI application.

If the KX-TDA200 supports TAPI then a third party Tapi solution such as RSI's Visual Rapport for TAPI solution will log all calls (including internal). The logs will include the date, time and duration of the internal call. Take a look at www.telecost.com for more details on this application.

I am using the Blitz TAPI SMDR with WinTariff. This application gives the full information on internal calls.

is it giving you internal call duration as well, I have wintariff on an ncp and it only shows the internal call, even on the raw data

This can't be done with a CDR (call accounting) solution. Only a 3rd Party TAPI application that builds its own call data can do this.

You are certainly right. We have the information about an internal call through the COM port. If the information is necessary full CTI gives such information. CTI can create a file in a format of Wintariff. And if sample and sorting of the data it is possible to use Wintariff is necessary. Therefore I have written - and Wintariff.
