Location: Dubuque, IA Rep Power: 0 ![]() | Call transfer delays. TD1232 & TVS120 I have a TVS120 connected to a TD1232 system. The TVS120 is running an auto attendant. The system seems to be working fine, but there is a delay when calls are tranferred from the TVS120 to the extension. The person at the extension will pick up the phone to answer, but the call won't be connected for a second or so. This is a big annoyance for the customer because they usually quick answer the phone and greet the caller, then have to greet them again because the caller has not yet been connected. Is there a setting somewhere that I am missing that delays the call transfer? -Adam

I think I'm out of luck here because the extensions I'm using are Phantom. I have 3-6 extensions on a single phone. The AA sends the call to the extension and then retrieves it back for voicemail. If I do a blind transfer to a Phantom extension, how would I be able to get it to forward into that extension's mailbox if there is no answer? If I have it forward to the first voicemail port will it drop into the correct box?
