KX-TDA15 & KX-T7633 Caller Display

Hello.

I'm struggling to get the caller name to display on the phone.

I've put our Clients names and numvbers in the MSN (Option 10.4).

How do I get the Client's name to appear of the phone display? The numbers are certainly there as I can see them by selecting Menu/Incoming Call Log.

There is clearly a setting needed somewhere but I cannot find it.

Thanks.

Sorry, I didn't make it clear.

They are ISDN lines.

sydx33, you have to put the Client's name and number in the speed dial listing
with the line prefix in front of the number ie 9
programming 6-1 on the tool

For you to set numbers and names in the msn table, you have to have set the isdn lines to msn and not ddi. this can cause problems with call routing for incoming calls
unless you are using msn services, your isdn lines should be set to ddi and the ddi table used to route calls to the ICD groups
