Qsig is in the trunk group 1 and there is no more lines. The cisco router is part of a network, so when i dial 81 i got acces to the local router, then if i dial 01 i got another cisco and finally xxxx is the extension number

it sounds the routing in the local router could be sending the 01 and the xxxx to the cisco or stripping numbers. can you see incoming digits on the cisco.

you can set up the panasonic to dial the group number and add the 01 on in private network, but I would get the internal call ing working first.

your router must not be sending the digits on, run the ISDN diagnostics on the Panasonic and see what it is doing.
is there a log on the router and is there a second router on the cisco side.
can you ring back in to the panasonic from the panasonic?

The physical connection is OK between the router and Panasonic but I got a faul condition in the PRI port connection status in the PBX. Do I need a special config ? In the cisco side I have:
interface Serial1/0:15
no ip address
no logging event link-status
isdn switch-type primary-qsig
isdn incoming-voice voice
no cdp enable
