TD1232/TVS75: Phantom Extension voicemail

Howdy,
I've noticed that even after setting up a mailbox with the same number as the phantom extension, the call is not transferred to the phantom extension's mailbox. It only works if the call originates via the automated attendant. But if the call originates within the office, it will just keep ringing. Is there a workaround for this?

look deeply in docs there may be a way to forward busy/no aswer to voicemail.....thta is the key

The phones are programmed so that the FWD/DND button is set to forward unanswered or busy calls to voicemail (ext. 165/166). However, it doesn't work this way with phantom extensions.

there is a way to set irna on aq phantom thats why i said look in edocs.....
