SMDR Not Recording on KX-TDA200
Hello Seniors,

I am having problems with SMDR on KX-TDA200. I tested the Serial Port with KX-TDA Maintenance console using RS232-C Connection Method. It works fine. I can configure the settings in the maintenance console but SMDR is not working. I tested SMDR with Hyperterminal and WinTariff32 but it didn't work. So anything wrong with it? Help me !!!

Turn on view raw data on the collector on wintarrf and see what you are getting
check your baud rates as well

I heard that after connection MMC to TDA on RS-232, ceases to be transferred SMDR.
Try to change parametres COM of port on PC.
Or use programs of collection SMDR on USB. For example for Wintariff approaches Blitz TAPI SMDR.
