KX-TD1232 not passing Caller ID

I am a complete novice at this, but we have a KX-TD1232 with 2 incoming lines from Vonage (VoIP), which provide Caller ID. However, the display on my KX-7230 phones continues to show the CO Name and not the Caller ID.

The default setting for Program 612 (Incoming Call Display) is supposed to be the Calling Number, but it may have been changed in the past to CO Line Name.

The system is not allowing me access to Program 612 from the manager's extension for some reason.

Any suggestions on what I can check or do? Is it even possible with this setup to get Caller ID displayed?

Any help is deeply appreciated.

I don't think so. We have not purchased any add-ons to the KX-TD1232. Is there a way to check/confirm this?

>A couple of things you need is the right issue KSU, a CID card, and programming.

Call a dealer or open up the cabinet and look for a CID card. Find the installation manual and installer's password, make sure you're not using a -1 or -0 KSU.

Yep, CID display works. Expect to pay between $100-200 for a -93 board, a 4-port CID module.

Thanks, Carl! I'll check with a dealer or other provider.

Do not forget to consider as standard of Caller ID transferred by the VoIP gateway. It can be FSK or DTMF. Card KX-TD193X supports only FSK. Card KX-TD193DX supports both FSK and DTMF.
Whether they interestingly are on sale still somewhere?
