Routing Outbound Calls to Specific CO Lines

I have a panasonic kx-tda200 pbx phone system. I have my PRI lines in slot 1 and I have an LCOT8 card in slot 2. My cable modem has 2 CO lines with free long distance that are not being used. My question is: how do I configure the pbx to route out going calls that start with a 91***... to these long distance CO lines. (My guess is a group must be setup).

I have already patched the two long distance lines into the pbx system, i turned on the ports in the LCOT8 card, and i have tested that i can make CO calls to certain extensions within via these long distance lines, i just cant make calls out.

Hope this makes sense, kinda new at all this.

You will have to put the lines in a group and set up Lcr table to route the 91 numbers to that line group and all others to the pri

are you taking about 9 1-xxx-xxx-xxxx calls ? if yes the easy way is to yes create a new trunkgroup and dial a different access code
for the 2 long cable modem lines ARS setup for the end user can be a real problem.
