Angry KX-TD500 external transfer

I've got a problem transfering a call to an extension that is externally forwarded. If I call the extension internally no problem. If you go through auto-attendent, it calls party & says "you have a call" & then disconnects & drops call. Same if you transfer call from attendent. The system has a PRI. Class of Service is ok. Voice Mail is TVS 200. Any suggestions?

Thanks

what rev software is on this 500 and 200 ? if you could get the ext thing to work all you would have to do is is make the ext transfer sequence to fxd put a load of pauses on the end of ext forward string...the big bummer is you can't listen across
the line that is being dialed on like you can with loop lines..

The AA is getting through to the mobile because you can hear you have a call, but hanging up when co is transfered, I know you said the cos is OK, but double check the cos extension's for transfer to co as well as fwd to co.

The extension will fwd to co if dialed if fwd to co is allowed in cos
but for a call coming in and being sent to external co you need transfer to co allowed as well. it's the only reason I can see it being stopped.

in the 500 go to trunk to trunk restrictions and make sure the trunk group is enabled to it's self by default it's off.

There can be one more reason connected by that at such scheme in proceeding Setup contains CLIP the external calling subscriber, instead of forwarded ЕХТ. For the operator it is attempt to make a call with wrong CLIP, and it beats off such SETUP.
