Cool tda 600 Digital signal synchronization

I have a tda600 installed [uk] using isdn30e [BT provided].
It has worked perfectly on an isdn simulator for a couple of weeks.
Now it's installed on site it is producing a major alarm regarding the isdn.
I'm not sure whether the problem actually causes calls to drop because I've not seen it do it whilst calls are in progress.

Below is the overnight smdr which shows what is happening.
Does anyone know wgat's happening and what I can do about it?

Try changing the cable between the system and the modem. But it sounds like a bt problem have you contacted them?
Also check that the clock priorty is set to the pri card

I'm going there tomorrow [monday]

I've reported the fault to BT [just now] as a clock sync error.

When I get there I'll change out the lead between the NTE and the switch [5metre cat5 lead: RJ45 to RJ45]

sncsnc, it is in the uk, an off the shelf patch lead. Rj 45 is the 8 pin plug and if you want a jack you ask for a rj45 socket or module

Pix? Links? I'd like to see one of those.

Also, what's the part number of your 824 and is it Loop C.O. only like ours? Is it the same 308 base and 2 expansion cards?

TIA

RJ is a usoc term that stands for Registered jack like rj21x I know what he was referring to but the proper term is a 8 conductor patch cable...
