Deskphone not ringing when calling from outside - PBX Info | Free PBX, PABX, IP PBX, VOIP and Telephone Information Resource Forum

Hi,
I am new to the group.It will be grateful if someone can assist me to overcome the problem.
We have KX-TDA200 IP PBX.We have a main hunting number with 5 numbers in the group.The problem is when someone call from outside to the main number they can hear the ringing on their mobile/deskphone.But it is not ringing in the operator deskphones most of the times.
First of all , we added 3 extensions say 1 2 and 3 into an ICD group called 611. Can anyone pls.assist me to overcome this problem.

is the co light flashing
Do you have analogue or isdn lines
Is the lines pointed with did or dil to group 611?

I did not know that Cambodia was part of India??
