Unhappy Call Log Shows only answered call, No missed call !!?

Hi

I am facing a strange problem. My PBX (Panasonic KX-TAW848 with Caller ID) will save @ the call log ONLY the answered call, the missed call will not be saved and can’t be seen in the call log!!
I checked all manuals and I didn’t find a Feature to Enable missed call log.
there are an option to disable the answered call from the call log, but for the missed call it’s not there.


Can someone help me please.

if you are talking about missed call log at your ext you need a call log button
and call log 60x button

I already have "call log" button on all my ext. but what do you mean by "call log 60x" ??

if you want to keep track of call to a specific icd group you must have a button
fro each group being used....
