I was totally frustrated by the TES824 + Caller ID Card

I have completed setup the telephone system and go to trip, I receive a lot of complain from my colleague that the caller ID is not functioning well after I come back to office.the problem is no caller ID display in the 7730, just display “CO 1”just like did not install any caller ID card, by estimation 35 out of 50 incoming call can display the ID,if I connect single line phone from the same telephone line, there is no such problem
To my surprise, I give up all the setting and reset the system and unplug the caller ID Card and install again but the problem is the same, I have already choose “FSK” instead of “DTMF”, but I also try“DTMF”, nothing can be displayed, did anybody come across such problem ?? Thanks in advance !!
