Hi everybody,

i will buy a second hand TES824 from my friend,
but my friend don't know about the system password

is it possible to reset the TES824 to factory default setting to clear all the password, if yes, how to reset it, by serial / usb cable connected to PC ??

Beside, where can i download the setup disk with the console file for maintenance the TES824 ???

Thank you in advance for your help and have a nice day ~!!

You can reset the password by opening the cover of pbx then toggle the reset switch and wait a little while and then back to normal. That's all. The default password is 1234. For Console software, you should contact dealer of your region. Thanks.
