ugh, hopefully i can explain this right;

so i have a tda200 in our UK site
when one of our reps with a cell phone travels abroad (e.g. germany) when calling their cellphone from the tda200, it rings for a much longer period of time than normal, then once the person picks up there is a disconnection. this happens with anyones cell phone who travels outside of the UK

this only happens when calling from the office. if i call from my cell phone or any other phone anywhere, there is no problem.

so i can only assume this is a TDA problem, but for the life of me i can't figure out what that problem would be

any thoughts?
