hi ..

I have joined a new company and I am not in the USA as the my profile shows I am in the ARAB EMIRATES. i know all extension no. but i dont know the jack no for each extension. is there any way to know the jack no. of each extension ??
now i have to enable 00 feature in extension but i dont know the jack no..i m stuck here.

Start by reading the manual. Since the jack and extension assignments are in something like 003, you must not have gone very deep into the programming section....

Try the star or transfer button depending on the model of the system,
