your vendor needs to get pan tech support on the line while the providers tech is on site and your trace info needs to be forwarded to tech support as well .you seem to know more than the vendor and that is sad !!

hey this came to mind why not set the problem ext to intercept instead
of busy n/a and see if problem repeats on that ext!!

hey thanks i will try the intercept config and see if that does anything. i'd have to set it for all our extentions though as this has happened to 3 different ones so far. all 3 are in the same cos...maybe i need to check the specifics for that class.

i will def push for panasonic's involvement. they are probably the only ones that are going to be able to make sense of the trace data. My vendor is a great guy, i've known him peronally for a while. unfortunately he's got a lot on his plate and isn't around the corner either. but i'm hopefully we can resolve this soon! Thanks again for your help. i will keep you posted.

yes have the tech support people look at trace info and I'dd try a test
ext with intercept routing destinations (remember to set proper time in timer for intercept in sys timers )to TVA instead of fwd busy/na and make a test
call see if the channel 14 locks again
