Considering that it's taken you a week to determine that the problem was in the wiring and not the PBX, you tell me? First, it took a day to find out that you had used TDA0170 "digital hybrid cards" instead of TDA0171's which are "digital line cards", then every poster said basically to plug in the analog phone directly to the jack to see if it worked.

The thing about the saying it louder is a very sad joke (on us), but you get the point.
