Caller ID with Panasonic KX-TD1232

Hi

We have a Panasonic KX-TD1232 with a digital line (E1) but the PBX don't receive information from the Caller ID. We already made a test with a Cisco 2851 and the information is received complete.

In the PBX I modified the next programs:

1.- 758 (E1 DR2 Signalling Type) select Option-2.

2.- 775 (E1 ANI Service Mode) change to Incoming Only.

3.- 776 (E1 ANI Maximum Digits) put in 10.

4.- 780 (E1 Group-I) change parameter 01 and put in 01,

5.- 781 (E1 Group-II) modified parameters to:
01:Operator, 02:Subscriber, 03:Subscriber, 06:Subscriber.

6.- 782 (E1 Group-A) modified parameters to
01:03, 02:06 , 03:13.

7.- 784 (E1 Group-C) modified parameters to:
01:01, 02:06.

My carrier use signaling R2 modified.

Do you have any idea why the PBX is not displaying the Caller ID?

Thanks in advance for your help on this issue

PS
The firmware is P211W40209A

How are you getting your ringing assignments on the phones
is a call initially answered by voicemail? Are you doing ring groups or are you using dil 1:1 more info required we don't have E1
in the USA so bear with us do you get d.i.d digits from
the E1?

Thanks for your attention

The calls are answered by the PBX and I don’t use groups. I set to the PBX in program 744 which is the quantity of digits have to received (4).

My carrier send the information to the PBX with 10 digits.

Do you need more info?

"The calls are answered by the PBX"doesn't really tell how ext's are getting their ringing asignments? No way to set up a psuedo
system via software because we dont use euro clocking here

Hopefully someone else who has a E1 on the KX-TD will chime in . I only have ISDN PRI's on the KX-TD/A no T1's and its cut and dry you set the PRI the way Panasonic tells you too and it works caller id = clip , clid the whole 9..... have you considered calling Panasonic Tech Support in your country?

I wont call technical support because this Digital Super Hybrid Sytem has been discontinued by Panasonic.

By the way, I will search for more information about this issue.

Thanks for all
