It is rare that the analogue ports stop working, are the digital ports working, . are you trying them at the board or through the phones

trouble with extra device ports on 8ext expansion unit of kxtd1232

the analogue ports are working alright.the digital ports worked for a day.we tried to test from 6 way connectors on board. we are only getting the analogue.we have failed to get the digital on again, but when we first installed card we had both digital and analogue working and after a day digital ports went off.

I am asking what model extensions you are using because if you are using the 70xx/77xx/71xx phones you need 4 wires connected and exdp turned off to work.
Do you have access to a other module to try.?

the extensions are split in to 2 groups of 4 so if one shorts the other 3 would flash and make a popping noise but the other 4 should still work.

try a different slot position on cabinet or better still a other module.
Have you tried disconnecting all the extensions and plug them in one at a time
